A three night minimum stay ( five nights during holiday time) is required. Full deposit for three nights is required within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by check, money order or credit card. Reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture in full of all payments received, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the entire stay. Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds for late arrivals and early departures.

Maximum Occupancy - Studio: 2-3 people * 2 Bedroom: 4-6 people * 3 Bedroom: 6-8 people
More than maximum occupancy is not permitted.

Rates do not include taxes.

No smoking. One pet with additional cleaning fee of $75 and prior approval.  Check-in after 4:00 pm; check-out before 10:00 am. The hot tub is for adult use only.

For your privacy, there is no maid service during your stay. Extra towels are available.
